of Queen Jadwiga
This legend says about Queen of Poland.
Queen Jadwiga lived a long time ago. She was a good and beautiful Queen.
She allocated money to build a church. Many people started to build a new church.
The young man jointed in work too. He was happy because he liked to help
people. Next day he came to the work very sad. Queen saw that. She went to him
and she asked what's wrong. He said to her: My wife is sick and I haven’t got a
money to help her. Queen was warried about it. She put her foot on the block of stone and she
gave him a gold buckle from her shoe. Her footprint stayed on the stone. People
saw that and put this stone on the wall of church. On the next day a man came
happy because his wife was healthy.
Nowadays we can see this stone in the Carmelites Monastery.
